Molly Holsen (she/her)

Milwaukee, WI

Molly is an introverted extrovert and a Restorative Practices Coach from Milwaukee, WI. She loves to read, spend time in nature with family and friends, and is currently raising 3 teen sons with her husband of 20 years. Molly’s favorite thing is helping people of all ages better understand, and also embrace the complexities of living a human life! The Molly of the past was a Division 1 soccer player, a special education teacher, and a guide for families navigating the emergency room. The Molly of today is a mom of three, and a certified social emotional health and wellness practitioner. Molly used to be more reactive and judgmental (especially with herself). For her, everything changed when she dedicated herself to her wellness education and committed to practicing daily mindfulness. These are the methods that she passes on through her work at Mindful Molly.  Her job is to provide tools to simplify what it means to live life as a human being and to respond to situations in healthier ways. She does this for individuals, families, schools, and workplaces.

“What social justice looks like for me is, um, really addressing some of the systemic issues that are holding certain races and genders down, while allowing others to just kinda keep going and thriving. And social justice means holding some of that accountable, addressing it, and then working towards collective change.”
