Morgan Mackay Teel is the Artistic Director & Founder of Dance Waterloo. When she isn’t producing a new choreographic project for Dance Waterloo, you can find her working with people as a Certified Enneagram Coach, helping them find fulfillment and joy in how they spend their time in life. She also works in Corporate Social Responsibility for a semiconducting company. Morgan holds an MFA in Dance from The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography from The University of Southern Mississippi. Her artistic works have premiered nationally in Florida, Wisconsin, Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas, Indiana, and New York and internationally in Italy.



“Justice to me means having honor, respect and dignity - having the space for that, the space to be yourself and for the evolution of self. And I think the social aspect of that is the community of people that hold space for one another, for differences, for perspectives, for listening and being heard. The embodied aspect of that is those things on a musculoskeletal cellular level and so that those things - dignity, respect, honor - penetrate one’s being.”
