Natalie Orozco is a strategist, speaker, and ceremonialist in Oakland, CA. She has earned a Masters in Education from Harvard and a Bachelors from UC Santa Cruz, as well as numerous certifications in leadership, facilitation, restorative justice, and health coaching from many organizations, including the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley;Inner Glow Circle; , One Circle Foundation; and Dancehammers Institute. She works cross-culturally in English and Spanish to offer services to organizations and individuals who are leading the world in positive social impact. Natalie measures social impact and helps leaders solve strategic, operational, and implementation challenges. She offers sacred spaces of radical self-acceptance and honesty from a place of grounded, mindful, intelligent, and joyful collaboration. She believes when people practice growing their relationship with themselves and the planet—they create the life they want and can really impact the world for the better.
